Roland Tiny Cornichons are a French style gherkin or pickle. They are picked before they are fully grown, immersed in a light brine for 1 or 2 days, then packed in aged white wine vinegar giving the cornichons true European flavor and a fresh, crisp texture. Thanks to the short brine time, the cornichons have a less salty taste and lower sodium content than a traditional pickle. Serve with olives as an appetizer or as a garnish.
