Roland Grape Leaves are picked from the top third of the vine in sping or early summer to ensure their tenderness.
Roland Grape Leaves should be rinsed and then simmered in water for ten minutes before using to soften.
To wrap a filling: place one tablespoon rice or other filling in center of leaf.
Pull the stem over and fold in both sides. Then firmly roll up the package toward the tip of the leaf.

Roland Grape Leaves, hand packed in a 16 oz jar, are approximately 6" long and 4" wide. Each jar contains approximately 60 leaves. The leaves are a dark olive green color and are imported from Turkey. Roland Grape Leaves make an appealing and tasty wrap for Greek and Mediterranean foods.
