  • Roland Grape Leaves are picked from the top third of the vine in sping or early summer to ensure their tenderness.
  • Roland Grape Leaves should be rinsed and then simmered in water for ten minutes before using to soften.
  • To wrap a filling: place one tablespoon rice or other filling in center of leaf. 
  • Pull the stem over and fold in both sides. Then firmly roll up the package toward the tip of the leaf.
Roland Grape Leaves, hand packed in a 16 oz jar, are approximately 6" long and 4" wide. Each jar contains approximately 60 leaves. The leaves are a dark olive green color and are imported from Turkey. Roland Grape Leaves make an appealing and tasty wrap for Greek and Mediterranean foods.
